The JAM Prepaid Card

Increasing employees’ disposable income. 

The JAM card is an exciting new employee benefit programme that offers a unique way to deliver a meaningful improvement in the disposable income of staff. By shopping with selected retailers they can earn cashback of up to 15% on everyday purchases and make savings worth hundreds of pounds each year.

How it works. 

ICS has partnered with major high street retailers so that cashback can be earned on everyday spend including groceries, petrol, electrical goods, clothes, cosmetics and DIY.

Employees elect to load a proportion of their salary each month onto their JAM ‘pre-paid’ MasterCard and then use it to shop in the high street or on-line in the normal way.

Every time money is spent with a participating retailer the employee earns a cashback of between 4.8% and 15%, which accumulates in their cashback account. The cashback can then be loaded back onto their JAM card, saved up for large purchases or used for special occasions.

Members manage their account via the JAM portal; ordering cards, redeeming their cashback and discovering great offers from on-line retailers that provide additional savings.

The JAM card can save members hundreds of pounds every year by returning a proportion of their monthly spend as a cashback rebate. Based on an average UK household, the JAM card could save your employees over £700 per year, which is the equivalent of a 3% pay increase. Members can only spend the amount they have loaded onto their JAM Card and this helps with household budgeting.
