Peter Ramsdale - Managing Director

Peter has a long and distinguished career developing customer loyalty solutions in a number of industry sectors. While at ICL Retail Systems, Peter worked closely with Sainsbury's to development the 'Reward' loyalty scheme. As Sales Director at Air Miles, he was responsible for developing affinity marketing programmes for major clients including Shell, BUPA, Lloyds/TSB, AXA, Mercedes Benz and Sainsbury's. As Sales and Marketing Director of UK Smart he successfully launched the UK's first Internet Pre-paid Card and 'Teens' Portal, committing over 100 retailers and establishing major affinity partnerships.

Naomi Roberts - Client Services Director

Naomi joined People Value in its early stages and had responsibilities for client management and supplier relationships. Naomi is responsible for engaging retail partners, developing promotions and communicating them to the ICS customer base. She also has responsibility for the smooth running of the operations.

Howard Cooper - Commercial Director

Howard is a qualified Solicitor with over 15 years experience in commerce having trained with Cameron McKenna.  Howard has worked with ICS since inception and has been key to building its strong contracted customer and supplier base.

Simon Chambers – Chief Technical Officer

Simon is responsible for the technology used by ICS’s solutions; this includes mission critical customer facing solutions, internal applications and architecture and standards. He has worked for Peoplevalue for eight years and has been responsible for building it’s strong technology base. Simon has held a number of technical management posts including working with banks and large retail organisations, such as Sainsburys and Unilever.
